Sonali D’silva founded Equality Consulting in 2017 on the back of a long corporate career in leadership and learning with the intention of developing inclusive and visible leaders. Sonali is a Certified Professional in Inclusive Leadership from Catalyst Inc., and from the University of Colorado at Boulder. 

Sonali’s purpose is to help leaders be more inclusive and aware, so teams can feel respect, psychological safety, fairness and belonging at work. She offers actionable advise to senior leaders, D&I professionals and HR Leaders, so they can navigate the modern workplace with competence and confidence. 

Sonali’s training and consulting work spans a range of organisations and industries. She continues to help leaders to lead with more inclusion, raise inclusive practices, bring diverse teams together and help create D&I plans and strategy for organisations through a consultive process.
